Pain Care yoga classes consist of breathwork, meditation and a slow, mindful yoga practice. Students will be supported to explore sensation, and movement with comfort and ease. This class is great for beginners, those with persistent pain or injury, and anyone looking to increase their body awareness.
The idea of Pain Care Yoga is to redefine one's relationship with pain and find ease with movement.
