Suitable for all types of practicioners, gentle flow invites you to move mindfully. Not a physically strenuous practice, it allows space for one to tune into the inner realms of consciousness and move with kindness and compassion for the body.
Please arrive 15m prior to class starting. Due to our COVID protocols, we will not be allowing late-comers (those arriving after 15m prior to class time) to join. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
