Nestled somewhere in between Hatha & Vinyasa this 75 minute slow flow class focuses on alignment and finding modifications suited for the individual yogi. Time is given for each asana to be fully expressed before finding an organically individualistic way to the next one. The intention and focus remain on the journey inwards. Strengthen the body to quiet the mind. It is a meditative and therapeutic dance and journey.

Please arrive 15m prior to class starting. Due to our COVID protocols, we will not be allowing late-comers (those arriving after 15m prior to class time) to join. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
