This class will focus on relaxing the body, through live Music and Yin yoga. Yin yoga poses are held for longer periods applying moderate stress to the connective tissues, such as tendons, fascia, and ligaments helping increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. With the healing power of sound while practicing, students will be encouraged to find stillness and comfort and will reach a deeper state of meditation, mind-body connection and relaxation.
Please arrive 15m prior to class starting. Due to our COVID protocols, we will not be allowing late-comers (those arriving after 15m prior to class time) to join. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
