Enjoy a more relaxed approach to your practice. This class provides instruction on basic meditation techniques, pranayama (breath work), and asana (yoga postures). Hatha is less vigorous than a typical Vinyasa or Power class, but it’s undoubtably just as effective. Gently stimulate, recharge and strengthen your body as you release the mind and tune in.
Please arrive 15m prior to class starting. Due to our COVID protocols, we will not be allowing late-comers (those arriving after 15m prior to class time) to join. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
