Nestled somewhere in between Hatha & Vinyasa this 60 minute slow flow class focuses on alignment and finding modifications suited for the individual yogi. Time is given for each asana to be fully expressed before finding an organically individualistic way to the next one. The intention and focus remain on the journey inwards. Strengthen the body to quiet the mind. It is a meditative and therapeutic dance and journey.
